GENERAL CONDITIONS
- To confirm your reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit into account IBAN ES83 2100 2032 0101 0001 8312 in bank LA CAIXA for 30% of the total amount.
- You will receive an email giving the confirmation of the reservation with date of arrival, date of departure and the house you have been allocated..
- Presentation of bonds /securities not accepted.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation you have two options:
- A refund of the deposit as follows. If the cancellation is more than 30 days before the reservation there is a retention of 5% of the deposit.
If more than 15 days a retention of 40% of the deposit.
If more than 7 days a retention of 60% of the deposit
- No refund but deposit kept for a future reservation.
